(CLICK ON A PIC AND IT WILL GO BIG)
I was up near Telford with a few hours to spare. Where could I go since I had the gear in the boot. The call was sent out for inspiration. It came back in the form of two icons of the area. Wenlock Priory and The Iron Bridge over the Severn. First the Priory using mostly the Takumar 50mm f1.4 and 17mm f3.5 Fisheye then a spell of 100mm f4 Macro with a possible 35mm f3.5 thrown in for good measure
Note the poo which was difficult to prevent white out.
I can't resist a bit of old graffitti
I really liked this little heart shaped carving
Every mark is a human action from 700 years ago who had a life and family
This is the best shot of a bee I have ever taken!!
So we move forward 400 years to an icon of British Industry
Splashes from a drip
and peeking over the top is the power station cooling towers. How appropriate
